ハーグ条約ノート

いわゆるハーグ条約について，その基本的な内容についてのノートを「ハーグ条約ノート」のタイトルで書いていきます。

１　ハーグ条約の主要な目的 （国際的な子の奪取の民事上の側面に関する条約）

国際的な子の連れ去りを防止し，連れ去られた子の返還という救済が速やかに得られるようにすること。
条約の前文 「不法な連れ去り又は留置によって生ずる有害な影響から子を国際的に保護すること並びに子が常居所を有していた国への当該子の迅速な返還を確保する手続及び接触の権利の保護を確保する手続を定めることを希望し」

Purpose of the Convention (Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction)
